Look at this post showing Korean food. It looks very HOT! I guess Christian has tried it all.

Looks like mainly a bunch of kinds of kimchee on the pictures, which is usually pretty hot. The kids have tried it and certainly don't care for it! The Koreans eat it at every meal--I just can't get into fermented cabbage or other vegetables in hot chili paste. love, N
