Cooking: Pot Roast

We had so much fun with Pioneer Woman's dessert recipe how about another one? We do love a good and spicy pot roast.

Sounds good with fresh herbs. I fix one in the crockpot on Low all day. Cut up potatoes and carrots into crockpot. Cover with water. Brown roast. Place over vegetables. Pour over one package of Lipton dried mushroom onion soup mix and one can of mushroom soup. Cook on low from morning until evening. 8 hours Mom
