We had a workshop the other day on company values, our main one is "Constant Care". As indicated in this Dilbert, the implementation of the value is the difficult part. Wondering if school districts or the Army have published value statements.

Value statement--good idea! We do have a mission statement, "To prepare a diverse student population for the challenges of an ever-changing world." No cartoons attached. BH
The army gives out "Army values" cards for all the officers (maybe soldiers, too) to carry around in their wallets. At USMA, all the cadets had to know all the core army values. I don't remember them, but I think there were five. I do remember them being brought up a lot and studied a lot. Hmm, I'll have to look that up.
