I'm totally not so good at it, either! Hello is a most powerful word. Michael and Denise are both so great at it--we can definitely learn from them. :)
I do try to be good at this because I've seen shy people suffer when they can't say hello--I do have to work at it since I'm basically shy. No kidding!Mom
