Happy Tuesday. I never thought of sharing being vulnerable, but it makes sense.
Sort of like this concept that Denise and I learned about the power of admiting fault in a customer service transaction. Even if it's not necessarily your company's fault, saying I'm sorry can completely disarm an otherwise volitle situation.
Share your M&Ms. There are bags and bags of them all over the place. If
you give them one of yours, even one of the green ones, you will not be lacking.

As to sharing vulnerability--don't you think we share that with our mates, with our children and I hope with your parents. If you love someone, you not only share their vulnerability, but they share yours. BH
