Word Of The Day: Equable
Consider subscribing to the word of the day RSS feed if you use a feed reader. Great review. Today's word seems more like a meditation. Equable, equable, equable.
MEANING: adjective: 1. Not easily upset; tranquil. 2. Uniform; steady. 3. Free from extremes. USAGE: Despite the ongoing barrage of advice from the visiting coach, the equable temperament of the referee created a fair and enjoyable game for the players.
